Interim HR Management
Part time interim HR management as required to suit the needs of a business. This service has a wide-ranging remit and to date has involved developing and implementing HR departments, frameworks and strategies to managing day to day issues arising from staff and business operations.
Projects have been of varying duration and complexity from restructure programme design and implementation, job description and specification production, job evaluation projects, salary benchmarking, staff surveys, HR compliance audits, pay and grading system design and implementation, training design and delivery, consultation on change of terms and conditions of employment, development of organisation wide induction and training assessment, TUPE due diligence and consultation, investigations.
